President will run meetings using given agenda. President will also over-see counting of volunteer hours.
Vice-President will take attendance at meetings, and will assist in overseeing volunteer hours.
Treasurer keeps track of funds coming into and going out of the organization. The treasurer is especially busy with dues and silent auction fundraiser.
Secretary takes the minutes at the meetings and reports those minutes back at the next meeting for those who were not there.
